How much is shipping? When will I receive my order?

We're a small team but we always aim to ship out your order within the next business day! However, during holidays, promotional periods, events, and select cases, please expect a few days delay to prepare and ship out your items. Should your provided address or contact number be incomplete, or should items from your order be unavailable, we'll reach out before shipping out your order.

 

🛵 Within Metro Manila:

Please keep your phone lines open and be prepared to receive your items between 10am-9pm, generally the following business day (or up to 3 business days) after placing your order.

Should you be unavailable to receive your items, please let us know ahead of time in the order notes. A failed delivery attempt may incur an additional P200 for re-delivery, to be shouldered by the customer.

For most of our items, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of P200. For large and fragile orders, we offer a flat-rate of P900.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up at this time. However, same-day delivery is available upon request for P400.

 

🚢 Beyond Metro Manila:

Once your order has been shipped out, you may refer to the table below for the estimated delivery time:

For most of our items, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of P300. For large and fragile orders, please contact us and we can work out special accommodations for you!

 

✈️ International:

Delivery cost and time via UPS vary per country. You can check out as normal, and we will send you a separate invoice for your final shipping fee.

Can you deliver on a specific date/time? Do you offer same-day delivery?

For Metro Manila orders:

If you have specific delivery requests / instructions, leave a note on your order. We'll try our best to accommodate them.

Should you wish to schedule delivery on a specific day, drop us a note on your order upon checkout. Same-day delivery is available upon request for P400.

Should you need to have it delivered at a specific time, we can do so within a shorter timeframe (eg. 10am-12pm) for P400. Please let us know ahead of time by leaving a note on your order upon checkout.

Otherwise, we will aim to deliver your order the following business day. Please be prepared to receive your item between 10am-9pm.

For orders outside Metro Manila:

We can accommodate areas covered by Grab, with the final cost dependent on your location. Unfortunately, for areas not covered by Grab, we cannot specify what date/time your order will be delivered. We can only provide an estimated delivery period based on the destination.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up at this time.

What are you payment options?

You can checkout with the following credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and online banking services: Visa, Mastercard, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, Unionbank, and QR Ph.

How do I care for my Pinas Sadya clothing item?

For most of our items, we recommend dry cleaning. However, you can also handwash in a tub of water with 1 part liquid soap, soaked for 15 minutes, rinsed (but not wrung), and hung out to dry.

However, certain fabrics are dry clean only. Drop us a message if you're unsure how to care for your specific piece!

Can I request for a return or refund?

Have a worry-free shopping experience at Pinas Sadya! If you have received a defective item, we can process a return for refund or replacement, subject to inspection. Please DM us @pinas_sadya or e-mail us at info@pinas-sadya.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

For defective items, we will shoulder the cost of return. Your replacement will be shipped out once we receive and inspect the defective item.

If a replacement is not available, we will process a refund through your original payment method once we receive and inspect the defective item. Please note that credit card reversals can take up to 30 days, depending on the bank and their processing periods.

Do you have a physical store?
